Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to receive text messages from Evo Pest Control ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Evo Pest Control provides pest control and related services, including but not limited to ant control, termite control, rodent removal, mosquito control, bed bug treatment, spider and roach treatment, wildlife removal, and commercial pest management, across Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.
Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection based on the actual scope of work.
Pricing for one-time treatments, Quarterly Shield, and Complete Shield Pro plans is as listed on our website at the time of purchase and is subject to change.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service completion, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
3. Service Guarantee
One-Time Treatments include a 30-day guarantee.
Quarterly Shield and Complete Shield Pro plans include free re-treatments between scheduled visits if pest activity is observed. If pest activity continues after three re-treatments, we will refund the most recent service payment.
Guarantees apply only to pests specifically treated under the applicable service plan and are subject to the customer following any post-treatment care instructions provided by the technician.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
4.1 Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our website, verbally, or through another approved method, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Evo Pest Control regarding offers, discounts, and promotions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
4.2 Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary (e.g., up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Evo Pest Control is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
4.3 Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to any message to opt out of further communications. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in.
